Help with eJobs

New Users

  • If you have applied for a position in our "old" eJobs system (prior to Dec. 1, 2016), you will need to create a new user account to apply for positions in this system. Select 'Create Account' and enter your profile information.
    Current full-time employees and ex-employees who were full time August 1, 2016 - Your applicant account has already been created. Please DO NOT create a new account. Your applicant username is your ETSU email address (e.g. To access your account, go to Log In. Your initial password has been randomly generated. To access your password, click 'Forgot your username or password?' and then enter your email address as your Username under 'Forgot Password'. Your temporary password will be sent to your ETSU email.
  • To apply for a job in this system, select the job title and click "Apply for this Position Advertisement".

Returning Users

  • Click the "Login" link on the left side of this webpage and enter your username and password.
  • Select "Your Applications" to view the status of your current applications.
  • Use ‘Your Documents’ or ‘Your Account Settings’ to update your application documents or your personal information.
